What do Gen Z workers want ? Big companies, not always small startups

This means that they are looking for companies that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, and have a commitment to making a positive impact on society. In terms of benefits, Gen Z workers also place a high value on work-life balance and flexibility, as well as opportunities for professional development. They are also more likely to prioritize student loan repayment assistance, mental health support, and other unique benefits over traditional perks like a 401k or health insurance.

In conclusion, Gen Z workers prioritize stability, growth opportunities, and company culture when choosing a workplace. Larger companies that can offer these things, as well as unique benefits and a commitment to social impact, are likely to be more attractive to Gen Z workers.
